CALDER DOOR ON LINE

Typically used for standard lift sectional doors, trolley operators are available in light, medium and industrial-duty. The applications for trolley operators range from residential or light-duty applications to heavy-duty industrial applications. This line of operators also includes a low profile, apartment house operator.

Standard Features ( available on most models):
Motor: Lift Master Trolley openers are available with motors ranging from 1/3 horsepower to 1-1/2 horsepower motors. Motors are also available with a high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection.
Maintenance Alert System: This important feature allows the installer to set an internal Maintenance Alert Counter. An LED on the 3-button station will signal when the number of cycles is reached or the operator needs immediate service.
Emergency Disconnect: Spring-loaded disconnect for emergency manual operation.
Rolling Code Technology: The ATS is equipped with a Security+® Rolling Code Receiver: With every activation, Security+ transmits a brand new code, one of over 100 billion codes, never to be repeated.
Pushbutton Station: Momentary contact to open and close.
Equipped with PosiLockTM: When the garage door is down, it's securely locked. If an intruder tries to force the door open, the opener automatically reactivates to the closed position.

Jackshaft operators are designed for use on rolling grilles and shutters as well as rolling doors. Some operators are also designed for use on industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift. Jackshaft operators are available in light, medium, industrial and heavy industrial-duty.

Motor: Lift Master Jackshaft openers are available with motors ranging from 1/4 horsepower to 1horsepower motors.
Door Lock Sensor: The adjustable Door Lock Sensor can detect if the door lock is engaged and will stop the operator eliminating jamming and damage to the door or operator. There is no longer any need for wiring guide-mounted interlocks.
Emergency Manual Operation: Most LiftMaster Jackshaft openers provide easy emergency manual operation using an electrically interlocked floor level disconnect.
Wiring Type: Wiring types varry between models. Contact a Calder representative for further details.
External Radio Control Terminal: External terminals provide quick, convenient connections for radio controls.
Pushbutton Station: 2-button station for OPEN/CLOSE/STOP functions is standard with D or D1 wiring. 3-button station is standard with B2 or C2 wiring.
Friction Clutch: Adjustable friction clutch helps protect against major damage to door and operator should the door meet an obstruction.
Control Circuit: 24V NEC Class 2.

Hoist operators are designed for use on rolling doors and grilles as well as industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift. Hoist operators are available in medium, industrial and heavy industrial-duty.

Slide door operators are designed for use on single and bi-parting slide
doors and fire doors.

They are available in industrial and heavy-industrial duty.

We offer three different styles of gate operators: Slide, Swing and Barrier. All three styles keep the vehicle outside the facility until the telephone entry system, access control system, or a guard permits entrance.
