SERVICE DOORS
Service Doors are designed for pedestrian, cart, or light motorized traffic in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. Calder Door sell and installs a variety of models ranging from the pedestrian friendly fabric doors to heavy duty foam or wood core traffic doors. Our traffic doors are available with additional options ranging from bumper seals to double pane windows.

IMPACT DOORS
Calder Door’s Impact Traffic Doors are designed for use in commercial, industrial, and retail applications. Impact Doors are used when aesthetic appeal, thermal seperation, and sound attenuation are considerations and where heavy motorized traffic flow exists.

POSTAL SECURITY & CORROSION RESISTANT DOORS & OPERATORS

Insulated Security Doors - Proline doors can be custom manufactured to fit virtually any opening size. The panel's outer surface is constructed with stainless, galvanized, aluminum or different color ABS face sheets. Panels can be custom manufactured with different color face sheets on each side to control traffic flow or match building decor.

Postal Doors - The Durulite 200 Security Door is the preferred product in most USPS facilities. Because it is constructed of rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene, it is lightest weight per panel of any USPS approved traffic door, yet it offers extraordinary impact resistance and can retain its properties to -40°F.

Corrosion Resistant Doors - The Duralite model CR 1400 door panel is ideal for wash down applications and is impervious to acids, petroleum products, animal fats and cleaning solvents.

SLIDING & FIRE DOORS
Saino Sliding Service Door - Models 1100 & 3100 Models 1100 and 3100 offer options that will satisfy almost any non-labeled sliding door requirement. Applications include warehouse doors, openings with high wind load, or wall openings that provide access to oversize manufacturing equipment.

Sliding Fire Doors - All models incorporate modular panel construction with a Kraft honeycomb core or calcium silicate securely bonded to 20 gauge cold rolled face sheets and 18 gauge interior channels. The panels are assembled with 14 gauge capping channel and a 10 gauge bottom guide roller channel. Multiple panels have surface applied splice plates. Doors ship prime painted.

Casing mounted fire doors– These fire doors are an excellent choice for applications with high usage and where appearance is important. Casing mounted design provides adequate spacing on both sides of panel to install surface mounted or mortised hardware for handicap access while allowing a portion of the weight of the door to be transferred to the floor. Standard features include 20 minute to 4-hour rating, low headroom track system, concealed binders and full perimeter gasketing. Doors are available single slide or center parting and can be manual or motor operated.

PHARMACEUTICAL DOORS
Pharmaceutical Doors are ideal for applications where harsh chemicals and animal fats are present. These specialty door systems incorporate the latest technology and design, making them the choice for food and pharmaceutical processing facilities and applications that require durability and wash down components. The panel is impervious to acids, petroleum products, animal fats and cleaning solvents and will retain an attractive appearance even in the worst atmospheric conditions.
